Bonnyville RCMP are reporting an attempted child luring occurred earlier today.
Around 9 this morning, a student on their way to H.E. Bourgoin School was approached by a person trying to get them to go ito their silver minivan. Police say the driver was likely a man who had a fluorescent work vest on their torso. The child was scant on details, as they fled the scene quickly.
RCMP have not received any other reports on this or any other similar situations. Anyone who may have witnessed this event are asked to contact Cst. Smith with Bonnyville RCMP at 780-343-7200.
