22-year-old Ryan James Cardinal is facing ten charges after a possibly alcohol-related hit and run in the Cold Lake Tim Hortons’s parking lot on the 18th.
RCMP were able to track the Dodge Ram down a short while later after reciving the call at 10:30 PM. The supposed driver wasn’t there, but police detrmined the truck had been stolen and found an open bottle of alcohol inside. Cardinal was later arrested at an apartment in town. He will appear in court on December 14th.
