The MD of Bonnyville’s Public Safety department says they have received an excellent response from their proposal of setting up a neighbourhood watch or similar type of crime prevention program.
The department is now ready to take things a step further. Director of Public Safety Chris Garner announced at the last MD council meeting that they plan to set up a public meeting how to best move forward and get the ball rolling. We’ll provide an update once a time and place is scheduled.
