Suspect Sought In Botched Pharmacy Robbery

Cold Lake RCMP are looking for a suspect in November 5th’s attempted robbery of the IDA Pharmacy on 50 Avenue.

Shortly before 10 AM, a man appearing to be in his 20’s walked into the business with a hatchet and demanded drugs.  He eventually left empty-handed, but an employee was assaulted. Fortunately the employee was not injured during the incident.

The suspect is described as:
Caucasian male In his early to mid 20’s.
5’5″ to 5’8″ tall.
Weighing approximately 180 pounds.
Wearing a blue hooded sweater, blue jeans and a black ski mask over his face.
Wearing sunglass and carrying a black duffle bag.
