Trapper Courses Coming to MD in December

Have you ever thought about learning how to trap game? The Alberta Trappers Association will be holding a three day course on the subject in the MD of Bonnyville in December.

The courses are presented by the MD’s Agriculture and Waste Department and will be held in their shop from December 9th to 11th. Lunch is included. The program content includes:

•History & Developmentof the Fur Industry
• Biology of Furbearers
• Managementof Furbearers
• Required Equipment
• Preparation & Business Management
• Humane Harvesting
• Fur Handling
• Fur Marketing
•Field Trips
