Halloween For Hunger to be on the Streets For 10th Year

A few trick-or-treaters will be going around Cold Lake North looking to collect goodies for people other than themselves.

The Cold Lake Public Library’s Anime and Manga group will be doing their 10th annual Halloween for Hunger drive on the 31st, knocking on doors asking for food bank donations instead of candy. Residents are also encouraged to stop by the Harbour View branch to drop items off until 8.

Although an initiative of the Anime and Manga group, non-members are more than welcome to participate and help out as well. Afterwards, the volunteers will have a pizza party at the library around 7.
