Terry Fox Runs This Weekend

The 36th Annual Terry Fox Run will be celebrated across the nation and worldwide this coming Sunday, September 18th.

The Lakeland alone has nearly half a dozen events planned. We’ve put the details in one convenient spot here.

CFB Cold Lake

A Head Shave, Tug-of War and a Run
Registration: 8am for head shave and tug of war
Run Start: 10:45am for 5km and 10km
Event End: 12:30pm
Whole event wraps up by 1:30pm.

Civilians are welcome to watch the pre-run events and participate in the Run.

 

Cold Lake

Registration: 9am
Run Start: 10am

Location: Cold Lake Marina

 

Lac La Biche

Registration: 12:00 p.m.
Run Start: 1:00 p.m.
Event End: 4:30 p.m.

Location: McArthur Place

 

St. Paul

 

Registration: 12:30 p.m.
Run Start: 1:00 p.m.
Event End: 3:00 p.m.

Location: St. Paul Recreation Center – 4802 53rd St.

 

Bonnyville

 

Registration: 12:30pm
Run Start: 1pm
Event End: 4pm
