The Cold Lake & District FCSS is hosting a workshop for parents who want to help their children deal with stress on the 25th.
The Kids Have Stress Too (KHST) program is aimed at helping parents with preschool aged children help their kids learn to cope with life’s challenges and harsh realities. The session is free but registration is required. Contact the FCSS for more info.
