Cold Lakers can expect to hear some explosions and see plumes od smoke between 8 AM and 4 PM. The explosions are being performed under very tightly controlled conditions.
For reasons of safety, access to portions of the Base will be restricted during this time, residents are asked to follow the directions of Wing and Base personnel at all times.
