New Upgrades Coming to Lakeland Provincial Parks

The Alberta government has announced over 230 million dollars in new funding for the provincial park systems and two spots in the Lakeland will be seeing improvements.
Lakeland Provincial Park will get some new comfort cabins and the English Bay Provincial Recreation Area is scheduled to receive some campground redevelopment. The province says years of underfunding was leading to deteriorating infrastructure across the province and that the new funding will bring things back up to speed.
