The town of Bonnyville has awarded the contract to build the new town hall to a local company for 8.8 million dollars.
Genmac ACL’s bid actually came 170 thousand dollars under budget. However, council is still looking for savings wherever possible. A special committee will be formed for this specific purpose.
If things continue on schedule, the new town hall should be finished by 2018.
