Lac La Biche Looking For Photos for Calendar

If you’re a photographer or just have an interest, now’s your chance to get into Lac La Biche’s Green Initiatives Caldendar for next year.

The county wants more than just your run of the mill shot of a field though. They’re looking for pictures that will capture the different seasons, show a lot of creativity and incorporate some unusual angles.

The county is looking for photos that represent one of the following.

1. County festivals and events.

2. Wildlife in the County.

3. The County’s natural beauty.

4. The County’s green commitment.

5. Agriculture in the County.

6. Historical, pioneer or unique buildings in the community.

The county is looking for high-res pictures and asks that you identify where exactly you took iy.

Send images you want considered to Alex Fuller by e-mailing [email protected].

The Green Initiatives calendar is distributed annually to all residents. It includes important dates to remember throughout the year, information on County programs and services and the curbside garbage and recycling pickup schedule.
