The parking lot behind city hall and the library in Cold Lake will be closed for about the next forty days due to construction.
Louise with the library says the school nearby is the best place to park in the meanwhile. If that lot is full, the courthouse is the next best bet.
Although just started, she adds that traffic into the library appears to be about the same as before.
