Man Arrested Twice in One Night

Cold Lake First Nations Man was Arrested Twice in One Night. A 32-year old man from the Cold Lake First Nations was arrested November 15th after a complaint came into the Cold Lake RCMP Detachment of an impaired driver. A vehicle was seen swerving on the highway and had caused multiple vehicles to enter the ditch to avoid it. The driver and vehicle were soon located after the complaint was called in. The driver was arrested on charges of impaired driving, he was later released.  Five hours later RCMP picked up the same man attempting to break into a resident, the man had known the occupant of the house and had smashed a window in an attempt to enter. He was arrested again and released on bail. He has two court dates relating to the charges on January 14th for the impaired driving and today for the break and enter and mischief.
