MoneySense has released the 2016 edition of “Canada’s Best Places to Live” and Cold Lake has taken a bit of a tumble in the rankings.
Out of 219 cities looked at, Cold Lake dropped 25 places from 2015, from 117 to 142. There was still some good news to glean though. The city ranked in the top 10 nation wide for high incomes and affordable housing.
