Cold Lake Energy Centre Gets New Fitness Equipment

Cold Lakers can now enjoy a better workout than ever with new equipment making its way to the Energy Centre.

The original pieces were over seven years old, and were replaced with new Techogym equipment. The treadmills now have a 19” console, where users can play games or watch a video of their jog through nature. They are also Wifi capable.

Replaced equipment includes treadmills, ellipticals, stair climbers, recumbent bikes, upright bikes and rowers.

For more information on the current Fitness Schedule, visit www.coldlake.com/content/fitness-classes. The 2016 Summer Session will be starting on June 26, and registration is currently open.

12 treadmills
10 ellipticals
5 stair climbers
2 recumbent bikes
3 upright bikes
