Bonnyville SPCA and MD Increase Impound Fee

Losing your cat or dog in Bonnyville is now a more expensive proposition.

The Bonnyville SPCA has been charging 70 dollars for impounded animals since 2006, but has recently upped that figure to a hundred to cover increased costs. The MD of Bonnyville has been charging 70 for animals they pick up and drop off at the SPCA to keep their service cost neutral. With the increase over at the shelter council voted today to increase their fees by the same amount.
