With the ongoing congestion of evacuees from Fort McMurray, NLSD has decided to cancel classes in Lac La Biche and Plamondon tomorrow as well. With Friday being a Family Friday, schools will re-open on Monday.
Emergency Personnel have requested that the roads be kept as open as possible to get evacuees to shelter as soon as possible.
Staff of J.A Williams High School – which is located at the Bold Centre – have been helping prepare meals all day.
