There’s been an active group of people lobbying for pickleball courts to be constructed in Bonnyville. Pickleball, which is similar to tennis, is the fastest growing sport in North America. Currently there’s a group who plays daily at the Centennial Centre but would like to be play outdoors when the weather is nice. The group is in the process of fundraising anf finding grants for the courts. If you would like to voice your opinion on the construction of the courts, you are welcome to attend the Town’s Open House Meeting on December 2nd.
