Superheroes, ghosts, princesses, witches, and zombie will be out in full force collecting treats and the public is being reminded to keep an eye out for the little ones. Parents are asked to help keep the kids safer by putting reflective material on their costumes, have the kids carry a flashlight, and ensuring costumes fit so they do not hinder kids’ vision or movement. Children should never enter the home or vehicle of someone they do not know and should be accompanied by an older caregiver or an adult.
