Drunk Driver Arrested in Cold Lake After Driving on Wrong Side of the Road

A 30-year-old Cold Lake man faces drunk driving charges after a police officer saw him driving on the wrong side of the road.

The officer was patrolling the city as usual around 3 in the morning on the 16th, when he observed a car pull out of the Edge Sports Lounge and travel south in the northbound lane. The officer immediately pulled the driver over and arrested him.

The man provided breath samples that were nearly double the legal limit and will appear in court on May 11th.
