Bonnyville RCMP is investigating a hit and run. On October 20th, 2014 the Bonnyville RCMP Detachment received a complaint of a hit and run that occurred. Through investigation the police located the suspect, a 55 year old Female resident of Bonnyville, and was subsequently arrested for Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle. The female was transported to the Bonnyville RCMP Detachment and provided samples of her breath and was demanded to submit to the Drug Recognition Evaluation. The female refused to submit to the Drug Recognition Evaluation and now faces charges of Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle by Drug, Refusing to Comply with a Drug Demand, Dangerous Driving and Criminal Hit and Run
