After the idea was floated by a few parents during consultations a while ago, Northern Lights School Division has announced that they will be offering French language summer camps this summer.
The division will be hosting two different camps. The first will be July 11-15 for students in Kindergarten to Grade 4 and the second July 18-22 for students in Grades 5 to 8. The camps will include French literacy, music, and culture, as well as arts and crafts, sports and outdoor recreation, cooking, and other activities. Registration forms are available at NLSD schools in Cold Lake.
The deadline for registrations is May 13. Anyone interested is encouraged to contact Art Smith Aviation Academy at 780-594-1404.
