St. Paul RCMP Fine Homeowner After Underage House Party Causes Complaints

A rambunctious rat pack had their riotous rager raided by RCMP in St. Paul over the weekend after a large number of noise complaints.

St. Paul police had to deal with a steady stream of complaints from a house party on Saturday night and well into Sunday morning. Police stopped numerous vehicles making their way to the party to find minors and lots of alcohol inside. Several of the kids even told RCMP that their parents had bought the liquor for them to go to the event.

The property on 45th avenue between 48th and 49th street has a history of  waking up the neighbours, with RCMP having  a number of similar incidents on their records dating back to 2014. The owner was warned in advance to keep the volume down, but it was ignored, forcing police to break the party up. The house was quickly flowing over capacity with guests.

Residents woke up the next morning to beer cans and broken glass littering the streets for blocks around. The owner of the property has received multiple fines for the night.
