Construction on a new trail is designed to connect Bonnyville’s Jesse Lake trail and Moose Lake is underway. The MD of Bonnyville is waiting to hear from Alberta Transportation to see if an underpass that was formerly used to transport cattle under highway 28 can be used to connect the south side of the trail to the north side. The trail is designed for people on foot, skates, skis or pedal bikes and will not be used for all terrain vehicles.
