A 21-year-old man has been arrested after a 34-year-old man was stabbed to death in Frog Lake last night.
Elk Point RCMP received the call around 9:25 PM. Both police and EMS crews arrived but the victim was pronounced dead at the scene. The 21-year-old was arrested shortly after.
The RCMP’s Major Crimes Unit from Edmonton has taken charge of the case and is working with Elk Point officers. Early investigation has revealed the two men knew each other. Police say they have notified the victim’s family.
