At a recent town council meeting there was a presentation by a local citizen to change the previous trick or treating hours from 4 to 6 pm to later in the evening to accommodate more working  families. The previous hours were not enforced by a bilaw though rather a suggestion from the town. The town has agreed to change the trick or treating times to a two hour period from 5 to 7 p-m.
