The Bonnyville SPCA is holding a fundraiser to repair some badly damaged items at their dog building.
The dog doors between the outside and inside portions of many kennels are falling apart to the point where they’re becoming a safety hazard. Dogs can easily cut themselves on many of them and at least one is completely unusable. The chain link fence surrounding the building has a lot of holes in it as well that smaller dogs can crawl under.
The SPCA estimates that they need 20,000 dollars to make all the repairs. Even if they don’t make their goal, they’ll at least repair the doors in the worst shape.
