New 4 Way Stop Being Built in Lac La Biche

Lac La Biche is getting a much-neededĀ four-way stop inĀ at the intersection of Highways 36, 55 and 881 leading into the county.

County Council has been meeting with Alberta Transportation for a few years now, with the four-way stop being one of the biggest items on their wish list. Right now only east and west traffic have stop signs while north and south can drive through. Ā The province announced it was going ahead with the project today.

The four way stop should be ready to go by April 20th.
