A 25-year-old Edmonton man is facing a list of charges after being caught with drugs and guns without a licence in his car.
Lyndon Patrick McLeod was pulled over in the early hours of the 27th on the Cold Lake First Nations.  Police discovered marijuana and a small amount of cocaine in the car as well as a loaded handgun, a shotgun, ammunition, and a significant amount of Canadian currency.
McLeod faces two counts of possessing a firearm in a careless manner, two counts of possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, two counts of possessing a firearm without a licence, possession of a firearm in a motor vehicle, unauthorized possession of a loaded restricted firearm, possession of Cannabis Marihuana, and possession of property obtained by crime under $5000. Lyndon McLeod has been remanded into custody and is next appearing at Cold Lake Provincial Court on Wednesday, April 13, 2016, at 10:00 a.m.
