Missing Bumper Leads to Fines, Charges

A man and woman, both 39 years old and from Cold Lake, were pulled over on March 7th when a Bonnyville RCMP officer noticed their vehicle was missing a front bumper.

Further checks revealed that the licence plate didn’t match up with the vehicle. When the man was unable to produce any insurance or registration, both were detained. A search of the vehicle revealed a meth pipe and what appeared to be cocaine, both belonging to the woman. She will appear in court at a later date. The man had his vehicle seized and was slapped with a litany of fines.
