The two men who were found with drugs and a loaded shotgun in their vehicle in Cold Lake on Tuesday have had trafficking charges added against them.
Anthony Schmidt and Andrew Heigh were pulled over in the early hours of the morning after a report of a glass window being smashed at Cold Lake Liquors. The vehicle being driven by the two matched a description from the incident. When the officer looked inside he saw meth and cocaine as well as the loaded shotgun with the safety off. The two have not been charged on anything relating to the broken glass.
