Open House for new Bonnyville Town Hall Design March 15th

The town of Bonnyville has scheduled an open house for March 15th to show off the design for their new town hall.

The afternoon will be divided into two sessions. The first, from 3 to 5, will be for contractors and tradespeople. Council wants to be able to get in contact with them when the time for construction comes so they can prioritize hiring local workers.

The second session will be from 6 to 7:30 and be for the public to provide feedback on what they think of the design.

The project hasn’t been greenlit yet, but Mayor Gene Sobolewski says council is very excited with the new design. Caution remains the word of the day though, as they plan to wait on a reliable estimate for costs before approving  work on anything.
