Fire ban lifted in the M.D. of Bonnyville and surrounding areas

The Bonnyville Regional Fire Authority has lifted the fire ban for the MD of Bonnyville, the summer Villages of Bonnyville Beach and Pelican Narrows, and the Village of Glendon as of 4:00 p.m. on June 13.

With the ban lifted, authorities say the “regular permitting process will resume at this time.”

Residents are asked to continue exercising caution and to check albertafirebans.ca for the latest updates.
