A 40-year-old Two Hills man is facing multiple charges after two youths form the area who were reported missing on May 6 were found in Leduc with an adult male, according to an RCMP media release.
“Through further investigation, the male, identified as Mark Sayler, 40 of Two Hills was arrested.”
Sayler has been charged with two counts of sexual interference, two counts of sexual assault, two counts of child pornography and three counts of luring a child. He is also charged with transporting liquor in an open container and giving liquor to a minor.
Following a Judicial Interim Release Hearing, Sayler was released form custody and is set to appear at the Alberta Court of Justice in St. Paul on June 12.
“Due to the sensitive nature of the investigation and to protect the identities of the youth involved, no further details will be released at this time,” police stated.
