Bonnyville RCMP are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a fraud case at a local business that took place on January 28.
At approximately 11:00 a.m., an unknown male suspect contacted a local business requesting help in purchasing tools. The suspect later arrived at the store, where staff assisted in loading the items into his vehicle. It was later discovered that the credit card number he provided the business was fraudulent, and the suspect left the business with the items.
The suspect is described as stocky, with lighter skin, wearing glasses, and dressed entirely in black, including a black ball cap. The vehicle connected to the suspect is a newer model white Ram 1500.
Bonnyville RCMP are asking for the public’s help in identifying the individual.
