Champions For Change is once again giving St. Paul residents the chance to paint their own banner that will be displayed downtown.
The Community Banner Project is open to all and will be hosting evening sessions where people can get help from a professional artist in executing their ideas.
Any costs with making the banner will be covered.
The theme this year is “120 years of St. Paul” but people are free to make whatever they want.
