Business Doing Very Well at Kinosoo Ridge

Warm temperatures made the beginning of ski season a little difficult for Kinosoo Ridge, but now the resort is in the swing of things and pulling in great business.

In fact, January 2nd set a new record for the resort, with over a thousand skiers and tubers passing through in a single day. Assistant Manager Valerie Grau thinks the slumping local economy might actually play to the resort’s benefit. She theorizes that families are spending more time on experiences instead of purchasing things.

Grau says the ski hill consistently draws visitors from as far as two and a half hours away.
