Bargain hunters get ready for Cold Lake’s annual city-wide garage sale.
The date is set for August 19 to the 20th.
Every August, the City organizes a network of garage sales, yard sales and sidewalk sales, where families and businesses can take advantage of free advertising and a huge influx of visitors to sell their treasures.
The 2023 City-Wide Sale was definitely a success with over 200 Cold Lake residents and businesses registering their sales. Anyone can participate but sellers must have a home or business located within the City of Cold Lake’s corporate limits.
Registration will remain open until Wednesday, August 16. Registrations received after this date may not be pinned on the online map.
Cold Lake’s Mayor Craig Copeland says he is looking forward to it.
“It is pretty exciting. There is a lot of great stuff that people are willing to sell. It will be a great weekend.”
