St. Paul RCMP found one person dead and multiple injured after being called to a report of a shooting at a residence on Saddle Lake Cree Nation.Â
Officers were called to the residence on June 17, 2023, at 2:39 a.m. and found a deceased male outside of the residence. After searching, two other individuals with injuries were located and were transported to hospital in stable condition.Â
RCMP believes that all victims are related to the same targeted incident and that there is no ongoing risk to the public and the incident is separate from another major incident that occurred in the community that same morning.Â
