The Bonnyville Pontiacs have set up their 2023-2024 season with the proclamation ‘Yaks Hockey is back!’
The first game is set for Friday, September 15th, 2023 against the Drumheller Dragons at the RJ Lalonde. Two more games will be added to the schedule from the 60 in previous years so each team will play each other four times.
Also changing this year, The North and South Divisions will be no more. Now there will be one table with all 16 teams in the standings fighting for playoff positions.
Mario Pouliot will be returning as the head coach as he leads the team to the third round for just the second time in franchise history.

The regular season will run from September 15th until Saturday, March 2nd.
