The first-ever Town-Wide Garage Sale will kick off summer in the Lakeland with deals everywhere on the second weekend of June.
The sale will happen from June 9 to 11 and will be open to residents, businesses, and charities who have items they want to find a great new home for.
Town of Bonnyville Mayor Elisa Brosseau says a Town-Wide Garage Sale is a great initiative for bringing the community together and drawing visitors into Town from the surrounding community.
“I’d love to see the public get out, visit their neighbours, and find a treasure or two to bring home.”
A map of each garage sale, yard sale, and sidewalk sale will be made to help all possible patrons find their way around the town.
Anyone can sign up online or by coming to the Town Hall. There is no cost to participate and all that is needed is an address within the Town of Bonnyville’s limits. Garage Sale Signs will be available; however, they are not required for those who wish to participate and are on a first come first served basis.
