The 19-year-old who vandalized the Cold Lake Mosque a few weeks ago may have just gotten a Christmas miracle.
The mosque has requested that the charges against him be dropped. Members say they’d rather he learned from his mistake then face the possibility of a criminal record.
However, the decision of whether or not to press charges ultimately resides with the Crown Prosecutor.
