Citing recent world events and a recommendation from their insurance provider, Northern Lights School Division has decided to cancel all international trips for the rest of the school year.
Several school trips for students and conferences for teachers will now be scrapped entirely. The division says they are working with the affected schools to help with travel insurance refunds or explore alternatives.
