An update with how Cold Lake’s outdoor skating rinks are doing. The South Outdoor Rink is now up and running with a yellow flag, meaning the public can skate at its own risk. The North Outdoor rink however, is going to take a little longer, but should be ready by this afternoon. It appears that some people ignored the red flag and used the rink before it was ready, damaging the ice.
