Lakeland Catholic Schools support Orange Shirt Day across the Lakeland

September 30th marked National Day for Truth and Reconciliation and Lakeland Catholic showed its support with its students and staff.

All the schools were closed on September 30 in observance of National Day for Truth and Reconciliation but students participated in various activities to expand their knowledge of Indigenous culture and history. 

Lakeland Catholic students and staff also wore orange on September 29 in support of Orange Shirt Day.
