A 59-year-old Cold Lake woman has been arrested as a result of project RECAPP, an extensive criminal investigation into the city’s drug trade.
Phyllis Walsh has been charged with trafficking cocaine. She allegedly distributed the substance from a taxi she was operating. She has been released from custody and will appear in court on December 9th.
