Parks staff in Lac La Biche have begun flooding the County’s outdoor skating rinks for another winter season. The county reminds residents to please not use the rinks until the flooding has been completed. Skating on the ice while flooding is ongoing breaks the base layer and will result in a bumpier, poorer quality surface in the long run.
