After suffering two break-ins in the same week a while ago, the Bonnyville Amateur Football Association has gotten some help from the MD.
Councillor David Fox presented a cheque for 2,000 dollars to the association yesterday, which will go towards replacing the electronics and concession items that were stolen from the facilities at Walsh Field.
The MD was more than happy to make the donation, noting that the association had just returned $20,000 worth of funding for new lights that it turned out they didn’t need.
