With colder weather coming in, the RCMP wants to stress safety for both drivers and pedestrians.
Drivers should remember that speeding through a school zone can result in a $775 fine and 4 demerit points. Pedestrians are reminded to always use the proper crosswalks and to always use sidewalks. If one isn’t available, walk off the road facing traffic.
